The process server who handles the case must be very knowledgeable about the rules that apply to each case depending on the filing court and the docket (case) letter. At Associated Services we look at each Family Court case separately before we send it out with the process server. At Associated Services we work hard to provide you with a service done right the first time. When circumstances do not allow a paper to be served, we make sure that the process server completes a thorough due diligence that many times can save a case by asking the Judge for an alternate service. Let us help you with your legal case by properly and timely serving the papers for you! Our process servers can reach any zip code anywhere in the United States.
