How do we achieve and maintain our excellence in legal services?

Our staff is knowledgeable and trained to distinguish between different courts and case requirements. They are equipped to handle high volume of process service, review documents and make sure that the affidavits reflect and contain all required by the court components.  

We have our own proprietary computer system that helps us keep track of expiration dates, court dates, and detail instructions from the law offices. Each month we review end results on volume papers comparing service vs non-service rates, quality of overall service and look for ways to further serve our clients. 

Nationwide is local to us. We constantly train and monitor our process servers and the quality and timeliness of their work. We train them and provide them with feedback. Each service is different, and our process servers are equipped to approach them in a way that guarantees a very high rate of successful completion of the service of process.
