Every day at Associated Services we handle a large volume of services that come from different courts and jurisdictions. Each service is given a priority status regardless of the court date requirements. From entering the service in our system to the delivery of the completed affidavit of service, we follow a very strict procedure in order to ensure the highest quality. So how do we achieve that and how do we maintain it over the years? Understanding types of services and having a unique approach in the field: Volume and Variety do not have to compromise quality - we firmly believe in that! At Associated Services we stay abreast of changes in the current law and regulations pertaining to service of process. We differentiate services on the basis of filing court, court dates, type of the service, and rules of particular service of process. We have an in-house training program that ensures that our staff is knowledgeable to differentiate between type of services and the requirements for completing the service in the field. We continuously monitor and provide feedback to our staff in order to guarantee the highest quality of service for our clients. Our office staff is fully equipped to pay attention to detail while maintaining accuracy. On a daily basis we provide support and guidance to our field staff - the process servers. Each service requires a unique approach in the field. Some have to be personally served, others could be served on a suitable age person, yet other services require the acceptance by an authorized agent. Every time we handle a service, we combine the specifics of the case with the court requirements in order to apply the best approach in the field and complete the service for our clients. Understanding affidavits forms and their requirements Properly executing and completing a service is just the first step of the whole process. Once a service is completed, we follow up with our process servers to record any further details and information pertaining to the service itself - description of the person served, any communication while the service was performed, other people present during the service. In the case of due diligence services, we challenge our process servers with many questions, making sure that we have utilized all possible routes to complete the service. We never simply settle for feedback like "no one was around". To us, due diligence means the highest level of investigation and persistence in the field. If we cannot deliver a completed service to our clients, then we have to prove and show beyond any doubt that our field staff has utilized all necessary resources and routes to complete the service. And all that attention to detail at NO extra charge for our clients! That's correct - No extra charge! Following the process of gathering the information from the field, our staff carefully prepares the affidavits applying all requirements and proofreading. At Associated Services we understand the importance of affidavits of service filed with the courts. We do understand that an improperly executed affidavit can delay court proceedings and even have a case thrown out of the court. That is why our attention to the affidavits of service bears the weight of this understanding and we pride ourselves on delivering properly executed affidavits every time. Over the years Associated Services has gained the knowledge and experience required to handle volume and variety of services, and continues to provide our clients with consistency and excellence. © ASSOCIATED SERVICES EXCELLENCE in LEGAL SERVICES for OVER 30 YEARS
